In response to the many changing markets, Kent Pecoy and his hand-picked team of industry leaders have broadened the company by bringing services to a wider audience through the addition of business units. In addition to selecting the perfect piece of property and designing and building homes ranging from 1,400 square feet to 10,000 square feet and above, Kent Pecoy also provides remodeling, addition and deconstruction services.
Even more recently, Pecoy Homes has expanded again in response to extreme weather to help clients repair and rebuild their homes to maintain and protect their most cherished and personal investment.
